Dear prospect graduates,
As graduation is drawing close, we would like to remind you to complete the apartment check-out procedure before leaving the campus, or else the computer system will automatically start charging you the apartment fees for the next term. Please follow the following steps.
Step 1. Contact your concierge to inspect the apartment properties and to note down the water meter readings. Cancel your apartment building access. Get your “Apartment Facilities Inspection Form” filled.
Notice: For Buildings No.4 and No.5, please contact your concierge on the first floor of your building. For Buildings No.1, No.2 and No.3, please contact Mr. Chen at the mobile number of 13302971160.
Step 2. Pay bills
Take your “Apartment Facilities Inspection Form” to Window No.20 at the Campus Service Center and pay all your electricity bills and water bills(The last one to leave among his/her dorm mates shall take the hot water card as well). Then go to Window No.18 to pay the apartment fees.
Notice: Please also take your campus card. In case of guarantee deposit, please also take the deposit receipt and a copy of your ID card (or passport).
Step 3. Cancel campus card
Please take your campus card and ID card (or passport) to Window No.12 at the Campus Service Center to complete the campus card cancel procedure. If you cannot do it yourself, you may ask someone to act on your behalf. The agent must process a letter of authorization, the campus card to be canceled, the password of such campus card, and a copy of the principal’s ID card (or passport).
